ABOUT US

Steven Posson builds the Flying Mile Indian 1911

Steve Posson has always loved cars and built his own hot rod - 1933 Plymouth at 17.  It accelerated quite well; stopping and turning, not so good. It looked cool but terrified everybody

who rode in it, including Steve! Very educational.

The fire for more knowledge was lit, and he graduated from Art Center College of Design with a Transportation Design major.

Steve has always been a sculptor, working in three dimensions.

His lost-wax bronze sculptures are found in private and corporate collections including the Petersen Museum,

American Motorcyclist Association Museum, Mullins Automotive Museum, and the Matsuda Collection.

Corporate customers include Ford, Harley Davidson, Pebble Beach Concours, California Millie, and Gulfstream Aerospace.

Steve also works in automotive and truck design studios, sculpting new vehicles in oil-based clay, full size.

He has sculpted for Ford (US and Germany), Jeep, Volkswagen (US and Germany), Daimler Benz, Renault, Volvo, Kia (US and Germany), AMG, Subaru, BMW motorcycles, and Peterbilt, Freightliner, and Kenworth trucks.

He still loves cars and motorcycles!
